Authorization must be obtained from KingFisher before ANY merchandise is returned for refund, exchange, or repair. KingFisher will not be responsible for items returned without authorization.

If you are dissatisfied with an item you receive, you may return it at your cost within 14 days. Please note that refund will depend upon the condition in which the product is received. All merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be UNUSED, in the original packaging with original instructions and guarantee card. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with your return.

All merchandise is to be returned at your cost and we recommend that all items be sent on a trackable service with insurance paid as KingFisher will not be responsible for any loss or damage in shipping.

Warranty


All KingFisher incubators and brooders are guaranteed for one year against defects and will be repaired or replaced should a fault arise within the guarantee period. KingFisher Products and their agents will not be responsible for loss of eggs, or birds in the event of failure, however, caused and the user is advised to arrange its own insurance cover where loss of power, mechanical or electrical failure might result in unacceptable losses. In order that we continue our policy of innovation and improvement, we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices without notice.All warranty terms are detailed in the warranty certificate. Please read it carefully before using the device.

To qualify for this extended guarantee you must:
– Complete the online warranty registration form within 30 days of purchase.
– Be the original purchaser of the product.
– Notify us of defects before the period expires.
– Have used the incubator or brooder for its proper purpose and stored it in clean dry conditions.
